“KK” router bits are a breakthrough for all plastic tooling materials. Being extremely “free-cutting,” “KK” router bits greatly increase removal rates beyond the speed (rpm) limits of metal cutting end mills. Productivity is further increased because the rpm can be elevated far beyond metal cutting speed. The myriad of individual teeth practically eliminates the limits of all conventional fluted end mills. These teeth easily penetrate the work-piece to increase productivity. The hard constituents in the “myriad of teeth” outlast HSS fluted end mills by many times, also outwearing the more costly carbide tipped end mills.
