Spot-facing tools
Countersinks and reamers
"Hardfacing" of tools and parts for wear reduction
You can send a drawing of the tool you require for a quotation and design feed-back if you have already developed a tool design. As an alternative, you can just provide drawings or simple sketches and material specifications for the part you want to produce and we can help you from there. Many customers come to us with just an idea for an upcoming product that is likely to require grinding, enabling us to help them select a grinding approach and a tool or wheel design that is most appropriate and effective for their specific needs.
Some customers prefer to make their tool blanks and then send them to us for application of one of the many coatings available. If this is your preference, please consult our customer-service department to make sure the materials and manufacturing techniques used on the blanks are correct for the coating processes that we use.
